Union Pacific Action from Valpariso to Chapman,NE 2 21 2016

  

     I left my brother's house to head home from Lincoln. I decided to take Nebraska Highway 79 from US Highway 34 to Nebraska Highway 92.      I saw a train headed north led by 2 SD40N's. One at the Lancaster-Saunders county line north of Lincoln, & in Valpariso. In Valpariso, they are picking up some lumber train cars. This was pretty late in the day, i decided to leave valpariso to head for the Columbus Sub. I filmed 5 more Union Pacific trains from Duncan to east of Grand Island to end the day. 

BNSF Action from Lincoln to Ashland,NE 2 20 2016

     I arrived in Lincoln,NE on Friday, February 19th, 2016 to do some things while i am in Lincoln. First, i had to report to my home state for my sales tax and paid it off. Second, I went to Cici's and kindly pig out for a great price. Third, i walked around at Sam's in Lincoln to get some exercise. Fourth, i went to my brother's house in Lincoln and spend the weekend there. 

    Saturday, i left my brother's to go to the train show to see my old vendors there. I filmed 14 trains from Ashland Junction where i started from to a empty hopper train entering Lincoln. Including all CSX locomotives on the BNSF's Creston Subdivision.

     I've been filming these coal trains for 14+ years. BNSF & Union Pacific brings alot of fully loaded coal or empty coal hopper trains in this playlist seen here is a playlist is a tribute of the empty hopper trains and the loaded coal trains from 2001 to today. BNSF & UP action in Hastings Kearney Grand Island,NE 1 31 2016

        Sunday before the winter storm, I went to videotape trains from Hastings to Gibbon to Kearney and back to Grand Island. First, i went to Hastings to get a couple of BNSF trains in downtown Hastings. I had lunch at Burger King and went to denman to video tape a UP train and did 2 food reviews seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ljbDbChjJY and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mdA8CR8_BXs 

       I spent 2 hours at Gibbon filming 8 UP trains there.  I went to Cherry Avenue crossing in Kearney and filmed a couple more trains. After that, i head east back to Gibbon and filmed a couple more trains. After that, i headed east towards Grand Island to finish the day filming 3 more Union Pacific trains.
